Full Cycle Recruiting.  Our experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) works one-on-one with management to understand the requirements of a position, to include but not limited to, experience level, education, location, salary targets or contractor rate, customer culture and timeline to fill.

TABP’s adopt existing recruiting processes and or may develop and recommend best business strategies for improving internal practice.  We utilize an assigned email to promote employer branding.  We have available various resume bank tools, applicant tracking system (ATS) in addition will utilize client existing tools to source, screen and identify candidates.

Type of Service:  Attrition, New Position, Proposal, Contingent and Benchmarks
Fee for Service:  Firm Fixed Hourly Rates (FFR), that’s it!

Resource Staffing. We understand the challenge of hiring short term resources to fulfill 12 month or less engagements. LDM is instrumental in providing experienced, skilled resource for provisional support in Information Technology, Human Resources, Information Assurance Operations, Administrative, Acquisition, Finance and Budget, Reach and Development, Legal, Healthcare and Executive.

LDM’sprovide flexibility of determining a service platform to meet your budget. Our contract-to-hire provide resources at a flat hourly rate, OR you hire the resource (on your payroll) with a low finders fee.  This model is our most popular for those employers needing outside the box personnel.

Type of Service: Surge, Resource shortage, and Task/Project specific

Fee for Service:$10.00 per hour finders fee, up to a maximum of 1000 work hours or contract-to-hire resources on LDM’s payroll with a 0 conversion fee (after 1000 work hours) if desired.
