Lisa Morrow, Founder and CEO of The LDM Group, LLC. (Formally dba – LDM and Associates). Founded in 2001 shortly after leaving Corporate America holding leading roles as Chief Human Capital Officer, Vice President, Managing Director, Director, Program Manager, Manager and Subject Matter Expert of various well known Fortune 100-500 Corporations. Ms. Morrow begin the organization in the comforts of her kitchen while raising her family.  Ms. Morrow’s unwavering dedication and focus of building a resilient brand centered on Workforce Solutions Excellence, Ethics, Integrity and Trust is the core foundation of The LDM Group today.

Ms. Morrow has more than 25 solid years’ experience as an executive leader in Human Resources and Operations Management, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (concentration in Human Resources) from Maryland University, drives the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of LDM that significantly plays a role in productivity of the company and its stakeholders success.

Senior Vice President, IA/Cyber Security

Patricia “Pat” Flesher is the Senior Vice President of Information Assurance / Cybersecurity.  In addition, Pat is the Acting Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Pat joined LDM Group in 2017 and is responsible for growth and management of LDM’s Cybersecurity Federal Practice.

Pat has more than 30 years of extensive experience managing essential projects involving cyber security / information assurance / information security, and having served in roles as Program Manager/Subject Matter Expert/Director of Information Assurance (IA).  In addition, she has successfully managed her own consulting practice in the commercial space.

Pat has worked expansively for Commercial and Government clients.  She is also well versed in commercial guidelines and standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27002, CobiT, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404, SSAE 16, SOC II, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS), Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) / HITECH, HiTRUST, Gram-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), DFARS Compliance.

Pat is heavily involved both managerially and technically in leading numerous high profile projects ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines and many federal agencies such as: DOI, USDA, ATF, IRS, HUD, GSA, FDIC and NASA.  She is well versed in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, Computer Security Act of 1987, Privacy Act of 1974, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines, FIPS, and is skilled in applying federal standards to commercial entities.  Holds CISSP certification.


Managing Director, Operations and Client Relationships

Kelly Queen is the Managing Director of Operations and Client Relationships with more than 15 years leading programs in Human Resources and Administrative Management. Manages corporate resources to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and contract organic growth. Oversees LDM’s internal Business Units in the practice of Operational Excellence and Branding. Interacts with LDM’s customers to ensure that project teams delivers beyond expectations and in accordance with contract performance metrics.  Kelly leads the development of LDM’s new service lines, best business practices, and customer appreciation programs. Has experience and sound understanding of standard government contracting practices within multiple Local, Federal and State agencies.  Has held highly-visible positions with Fortune 100-500 organization of various industries within the Washington Metropolitan area and has significant experience managing/delivering management consulting services of Administrative Management, Human Resources and Cyber Security services. Is well known for developing strong and trusted relationships with both the customer and company stakeholders. Kelly has assisted customers with strategically integrating effective Administrative and HR processes, programs and business practices into daily operations, and delivers critical workforce solutions to customers abroad. Kelly is an expert at working through complex and creating sound remedy that address business needs.


Senior Director, Finance and Accounting

Anne Wood is the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance, also serves in the role of acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for LDM Group. In this position Anne is responsible for LDM’s financial statement preparation as well as bookkeeping. Anne has serviced many diverse business entities in the Washington Metropolitan area for more than two decades. Her proficiency and acumen of accounting, IRS Regulations, and budget/cost analysis has aided LDM in stabilizing and reducing avoidable revenue losses. Anne brings steadfast dedication to maintaining an exceedingly structured growth strategy. Anne is also charged with the responsibility of maintaining DCAA compliance with Federal Acquisition, Financial Management and Regulations to include Contract Pricing.
