Lisa Morrow

Founder and CEO of The LDM Group, LLC. (Formally dba – LDM and Associates), a Management Consulting firm, birthed in 2001 shortly after exiting Corporate America as an executive leader and Human Resources and Human Capital expert.  Holding a Bachelor’s degree from Maryland University with a concentration in Business Management/Human Resources has allowed her to successfully build LDM’s organizational infrastructure. Under the direction and leaders of Ms. Morrow’s mission, vision and guided philosophies, LDM’s workforce contribute significantly in the overall productivity of providing unparallel services to our customers. As a former Executive of Management teams, Ms. Morrow has held various positions as Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Director, Program Manager, and Subject Matter Expert. Ms. Morrow is an active member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and many other professional business groups.

Ms. Morrow is a results-focused business leader, with a proven track record. Her expertise has included partnering as Subcontractors to provide individual and corporate strategies to deliver expertise in Human Resources Management services. She is known for effectively partnering with C-level executives to improve organizational effectiveness and universal alignment. She incorporates a high-touch, targeted, facilitative approach to leadership development training, business coaching, change strategies, strategic planning and strategic thinking. She has designed, developed and delivered dozens of high impact leadership development programs from organizational change management, global competencies among enterprise wide teams, coaching organizations during growth/restructurings, and supports implementation of strategy across challenging, organizational landscapes and training complimented by strategic thinking, conflict management and advice-giving that “raise the bar” for all levels of performance.

Senior Vice President, IA/Cyber Security
Patricia “Pat” Flesher, CISSP

Serves as Senior Vice President of Information Assurance and Cyber Security and acting Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Pat joined The LDM Group in 2017 responsible for growth and management of LDM’s Cyber Security and Information Assurance Practice.

Having more than 30 years of extensive experience managing essential projects involving cyber security / information assurance / information security and has served in pivotal roles as Program Manager/Subject Matter Expert and Director of Information Assurance (IA).  In addition, brings business management experience via successfully managing her Cybersecurity consulting practice servicing the commercial space.

Pat has worked expansively for Commercial and Government customers through her dedicated career.  She is well versed in commercial guidelines and standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27002, CobiT, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404, SSAE 16, SOC II, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS), Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) / HITECH, HiTRUST, Gram-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), DFARS Compliance.

Pat is heavily involved both managerially and technically in leading numerous high profile projects ensuring compliance with many federal and local agencies such as: DOI, USDA, ATF, IRS, HUD, GSA, FDIC, NASA and MWAA.  Pat is well versed in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, Computer Security Act of 1987, Privacy Act of 1974, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines, FIPS, and is skilled in applying federal standards to commercial entities.


Managing Director, Operations and Client Relationships
Kelly Queen

As Vice President of Operations and Client Relationships having more than 15 years leading programs in Human Resources and Administrative Management, Kelly manages LDM’s corporate resources to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and organic growth. Oversees LDM’s practice of Operational Excellence, Culture and Branding. Interacts with LDM’s customers to ensure that project teams deliver beyond expectations and in accordance with contract performance metrics. Kelly leads the development of LDM’s new service lines, best business practices, and employee appreciation programs. Has experience and sound understanding of standard government contracting practices across Local, Federal and State agencies. Has held highly-visible positions with Fortune 100-500 organizations of various industries across the Washington Metropolitan area and satellite offices. Kelly conveys significant experience managing and delivering management consulting services of General Administrative Management, Human Resources and Cyber Security services and is well known for developing strong and trusted relationships with both the customer and company stakeholders. Kelly has assisted customers with strategically integrating effective Administrative and HR processes, programs and business practices into daily operations, and delivers critical workforce solutions to customers abroad. Kelly is an expert at working through complex and creating sound remedy that address business needs.


Senior Director, Finance and Accounting
Anne Woods

Senior Director of Accounting and Finance division also serving in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role Anne is responsible for LDM’s financial as well as bookkeeping. Anne has serviced many diverse business entities of the Washington Metropolitan area for more two decades. Her proficiency and acumen of Accounting, IRS Regulations, and Budget/cost analysis has aided LDM in stabilizing and reducing avoidable revenue losses. Anne brings steadfast dedication to maintaining an exceedingly structured growth strategy. Anne is also charged with the responsibility of maintaining DCAA compliance with Federal Acquisition, Financial Management and Regulations to include Contract Pricing.
