Quality Assurance Program Description

Our Quality Assurance Program is disciplined and leverages industry standard processes, techniques, tools, and enabling technologies to ensure the effective tracking and measurement of program performance, task area performance, and customer satisfaction. We utilize quality and risk management control practices to proactively identify processes, procedures, and metrics enable the government to achieve management, operational, and technical requirements. Our QAP provides quality planning, continuous supervision, and immediate review of activities for accuracy and completeness. It describes the approach, processes, and controls for ensuring quality services, such as deliverable reviews, documentation, and corrective actions.
